All furniture and packaging are thoroughly inspected before delivery to make sure it's shipped in good
condition. If you received any packages damaged, opened, or that are otherwise damaged before being
in your possession, you should call customer care before accepting the items, or give them back to the
delivery team. Any unopened, undamaged piece of furniture may be returned in three days after delivery
no questions asked. If you have chosen to pick up your order from one of our warehouses, you should
inspect your item before taking it.
